Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

The coronavirus has also cast its spell over us at Wohlhaupter and keeps us busy on a daily basis.  Of course, we have also taken precautions in our company to contain the spread of the coronavirus and to ensure the health of the Wohlhaupter team and the people around us. We have therefore decided that we will be available to you from the home office in large parts of the company from Tuesday, March 17. Other departments will work with such flexibility in terms of time that they will not be in contact with each other, thus ensuring operations.

We can hereby assure you that your decision in favor of Wohlhaupter products, Made in Germany, was absolutely correct and that, according to the current state of knowledge, you are not endangering your own supply chain by choosing a German product. This also applies to all Allied products, which are all manufactured exclusively at our own site in Dover, Ohio (USA). 

Every day we make sure once again that we can offer you the usual reliable service even in this difficult situation. All our colleagues are available as usual and will support you in all questions concerning bore machining.

Of course, we have great understanding for the fact that our field service employees are not allowed to visit you personally. Nevertheless, we want to ensure that you do not lack technical support. For this reason, our technical advisors and our field sales force are now keeping in closer contact with you by email, by telephone or even by video conference, if you prefer.
