The new online shop makes the ordering process easier for dealers and end customers and makes ordering by email or telephone secondary. The entire Wohlhaupter catalog range is stored in the shop: from MultiBore system tools, precision turning tools and digital tools to the CombiLine series for pre-machining and finishing. The complete range of drilling systems from Allied Machine is also available via the shop. The user can choose from a total of 18,000 articles.
Simple operation and quick processing
The user enters the article number or the product name via a search field and the desired article is displayed. For this purpose, the list price, the conditions for the dealer or end customer, the availability and the inventory are shown. In the case of a sold out article, a date is stored as of when the goods are available again. The information provided simplifies the process and enables dealers and end customers to plan better. After submitting the order, the order is automatically processed via an ERP system and forwarded to dispatch. The machining specialist has both Wohlhaupter and Allied products permanently in stock in Germany. Delivery takes place the next day. “The processing of orders via the online shop simplifies day-to-day business for our dealers and end customers, but also for our sales department enormously. This leaves more time to advise our customers individually and to respond to their wishes, ”explains Emir Cvolic, Head of Sales and Marketing at Wohlhaupter.
