In 2011 Wohlhaupter India was incorporated as a subsidiary of Wohlhaupter GmbH, a world leader in precision boring tools established in 1929. Allied Machine and Engineering acquired the majority share of Wohlhaupter in 2016 to expand their holemaking and hole finishing solutions and offer their support worldwide. As a result, Wohlhaupter India now serves as the
only company in India to focus entirely on providing holemaking and hole finishing cutting tools, custom tool design service and expert application support for the metal-cutting industry.

About Our Executive Director
Keshav Khurana completed his B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering at
J.C. Bose University of Science & Technology, YMCA, Faridabad and MBA in International Business and Marketing
at ICFAI university and has more than 25 years’ experience in value-based selling focused solely on metal-cutting tools. Mr. Khurana joined Wohlhaupter in 2011 when the company expanded into India as a 100% subsidiary.
In 2016 Allied Machine and Engineering purchased the majority shares of Wohlhaupter. At this time, Mr. Khurana and his team began providing the best tooling solutions and technical support available for both holemaking and hole finishing in the Indian market.

Foundation of the Wohlhaupter India Pvt. Ltd. sales and service company in Delhi
The potential of the Indian market could be recognized early on by the strong growth of sales in 2006 and 2007. Since then, India can rightfully claim to be the number 1 export country for Wohlhaupter. This is reason enough to respond to customers' demands and increase the level of service. In September 2010, the decision was made to establish our own organization in India. Since May 2011, Wohlhaupter India Pvt. Ltd., based in New Delhi, has been actively working the Indian market with great success. Our own thoroughly trained employees look after constantly growing numbers of customers right there in the various regions of this immense country.

The US based Allied Machine & Engineering Corp. acquires the majority of the shares of Wohlhaupter GmbH, a manufacturer of precision boring tools located near Stuttgart in the South of Germany. At the same time Frank-M. Wohlhaupter increases his stocks, remains on board as a managing partner and will be leading the company into the future. The family owned business Allied is well-known for its high-tech "Holemaking Solutions" all over the world. Together they will merge to the global Holemaking Specialist the industry has been looking for.
